Credit card, bank transfer (please make the transfer within 5 business days of purchase)
Delivery time
Delivery will be arranged via Japan Post Yu-Pack within 5 business days after payment.
If you choose bank transfer as your payment method, delivery will be arranged within 5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Please note that if additional bank transfer fees are required, you will be responsible for paying them.
Delivery to overseas destinations will be arranged via Japan Post EMS.
Please note that we cannot deliver to some countries depending on your country of residence.

Important Notes
We cannot accept returns or refunds after the product has been shipped.
Returns will only be accepted if the product is defective and significantly different from the product description.
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. If we do not hear from you within that period, we will not accept returns for any reason. Please be careful of differences in image and size.

Some products can be viewed in physical stores. Although the latest stock status is updated regularly, there is a possibility that the product may be sold out at the same time as you shop. In that case, we will give priority to the physical store, so please understand in advance.
